Real estate research, automated.

We turn the same data, scoring models, and decision tools we use to run our own portfolio into software anyone can use.

Our mission

Our mission is to give real estate investors better tools, and the discipline to actually use them. Most investors don't fail because they picked the wrong market. They fail because they made decisions on intuition when the data was right there.

We're tired of spreadsheets with dozens of ROI columns and hundreds of inputs. We build tools that stay useful when you don't yet know what numbers to plug in, and that nudge you toward better choices once you do.

Our story

Alex started investing in real estate in 2016 and kept watching the same pattern: investors stayed local because unfamiliar markets felt risky, and the only remote alternative, turnkey operators, usually meant overpriced inventory in soft markets, with property-management fees that ate the return.

Being a software engineer, he wrote scripts to scrape data, score neighborhoods, and check his own assumptions. The scripts worked. They became dashboards, the dashboards became Investomation, and the same automation now runs the company itself: Alex builds the product while Reed and Ava handle acquisitions and outreach end-to-end.

Our approach

We eat our own dog food. Every metric, every score, every decision tool on this site is something we use to run our own portfolio first. If a feature isn't useful enough that we'd trust it with our own capital, we don't ship it.
